Data Deletion Request
If you have connected your Facebook, Google, or any other third-party account with DriveQ and wish to delete your personal information, you may request deletion at any time.
What data may be deleted
- Profile information
- Contact information
- Saved vehicles
- Dealer enquiries
- Test drive requests
- Uploaded documents
- Account preferences
- Marketing preferences
How to request deletion
Email:
support@driveq.in
Include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Processing Time
Requests are processed within 7 business days.
Some information may be retained where legally required.
Third Party Accounts
If your account was created using Facebook Login or Google Login, deleting your DriveQ account does not automatically delete information stored by those providers.
You may also remove DriveQ permissions directly from your Facebook or Google account.
