Visitor Agreement

Welcome to DriveQ. DriveQ provides automotive discovery, vehicle information, comparison, and enquiry services to help users explore vehicle options and connect with dealers.

This Visitor Agreement governs your access to and use of the DriveQ website and related public services.

By accessing or using DriveQ, you agree to this Visitor Agreement and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

You should use DriveQ only if you are legally capable of entering into binding arrangements under applicable law.

You agree to use DriveQ only for lawful and genuine purposes, including:

• Researching and comparing vehicles.
• Discovering dealers.
• Submitting legitimate vehicle enquiries.

DriveQ presents vehicle-related content such as model details, specifications, feature summaries, and other informational material for general guidance.

Vehicle prices, specifications, and feature lists displayed on DriveQ may change over time and may vary by city, variant, dealer, taxes, registration, insurance, and other charges.

Ex-showroom and on-road values should be treated as indicative unless expressly confirmed by the relevant authorized dealer or OEM.

Images, colors, and illustrations are for representation purposes. Actual vehicle appearance, trims, and accessories may vary by production, variant, and region.

Vehicle availability depends on OEM production, dealer inventory, location, and timing. DriveQ does not guarantee that any vehicle or variant displayed on the platform is currently available for immediate purchase or delivery.

By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you authorize DriveQ to process the enquiry and route it to an appropriate dealer or dealership.

You agree that relevant dealers may contact you regarding your enquiry, including for pricing, availability, offers, financing discussions, test drives, or related follow-up.

DriveQ primarily operates as an automotive discovery/information and lead-generation platform.

Unless explicitly stated for a specific transaction flow, DriveQ is not the seller of vehicles listed on the platform.

Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee booking acceptance, allocation, financing, purchase completion, or sale of any vehicle.

Offers, discounts, exchange benefits, and scheme terms are determined by OEMs and/or dealers and may change or be withdrawn without prior notice.

Users must verify final commercial terms directly with the relevant dealer before making purchase decisions.

Where DriveQ facilitates enquiry or intent capture for test drives or callbacks, the operational fulfillment is typically handled by dealers and related parties.

Commercial transactions, payments, and contractual commitments remain between the customer and the relevant transaction counterpart unless DriveQ expressly participates in that transaction.

DriveQ strives to keep information reasonably updated, but does not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and lawful information.
• Use contact and enquiry features responsibly.
• Independently verify final purchase terms with the dealer.
• Not misuse DriveQ systems or data.

You must not:

• Use DriveQ for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or data.
• Interfere with platform security, stability, or performance.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content in violation of law or rights.

DriveQ platform elements, including design, content compilation, and proprietary materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited unless permitted by law or written authorization.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit. By submitting information, you allow DriveQ to use it for enquiry handling, service delivery, and related operational purposes consistent with the Privacy Policy.

DriveQ may integrate or link to third-party services. DriveQ is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or service performance.

DriveQ may display advertising placements and sponsored content. Presence of an advertisement does not constitute endorsement unless expressly stated.

DriveQ services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, DriveQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, third-party dealer interactions, or reliance on informational content.

You agree to indemnify and hold DriveQ harmless from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of this Agreement, misuse of the platform, or violation of law or third-party rights.

DriveQ may suspend, limit, or block access where reasonably required for security, maintenance, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or policy enforcement.

Your use of DriveQ is also governed by the DriveQ Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, used, and shared in relation to platform usage and enquiries.

DriveQ may update this Visitor Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws of India.
