DriveQ is an automotive discovery, information, and lead-generation platform. DriveQ helps users explore vehicles, compare options, estimate costs, discover dealers, and submit enquiry requests.

By accessing or using DriveQ, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform.

You must be legally competent to enter into binding arrangements under applicable law to use certain request and account features.

You may use DriveQ for legitimate personal or business research purposes, including:

• Viewing vehicle information and comparisons.
• Finding authorized dealers.
• Submitting genuine enquiries and test-drive requests.

DriveQ publishes informational vehicle content, including pricing guidance, specifications, features, and editorial summaries. Such content is intended for decision support and general information.

Prices shown on DriveQ may be indicative and may change without notice. Ex-showroom and on-road prices can vary based on city, variant, taxes, registration, insurance, accessories, logistics, and dealer-level policies.

Specifications, features, variants, and colours may change over time based on OEM updates, production revisions, and market availability. Final product details should be confirmed with the relevant authorized dealer.

Offers and discounts shown or discussed through enquiry flows are subject to dealer/OEM terms, eligibility checks, availability windows, and location-specific conditions.

Vehicle and variant availability depends on OEM production, dealer stock, and regional allocation. DriveQ does not guarantee immediate availability of any listed vehicle.

Enquiry forms on DriveQ collect user details and vehicle-interest information to route leads to appropriate dealers and support follow-up communication.

DriveQ may facilitate test-drive intent capture and request forwarding. Test-drive scheduling, confirmation, and execution are handled by the relevant dealer or related counterparties.

By submitting an enquiry, you authorize DriveQ to share relevant details with an appropriate dealer or dealership so they may contact you regarding your enquiry.

Dealers are responsible for their own communications, offers, pricing commitments, inventory disclosures, and transaction conduct. Dealer conduct may be subject to their own terms and legal obligations.

Users must:

• Provide accurate and lawful information.
• Use the platform in good faith for genuine enquiries.
• Verify final commercial terms directly with the dealer.

Submitting an enquiry indicates consent to be contacted by DriveQ and/or relevant dealers regarding your vehicle enquiry, including calls, messages, and related follow-up.

You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted to DriveQ is true, current, and complete. DriveQ may restrict access or requests that appear false, abusive, or fraudulent.

DriveQ works with external dealers and receives vehicle information from multiple sources. DriveQ does not control all third-party operations, stock systems, or dealership actions.

DriveQ is not automatically the seller of vehicles displayed on the platform. Vehicle-sale transactions are generally completed between the customer and the relevant dealer, unless DriveQ explicitly states its direct participation in a specific flow.

At present, DriveQ primarily facilitates discovery and lead-intent workflows. Direct vehicle purchase checkout, dealer booking collection, or end-to-end payment settlement is generally handled outside DriveQ between customer and dealer.

DriveQ currently provides a trade-in valuation request flow. DriveQ does not presently operate a public peer-to-peer used-car listing marketplace on this website.

If listing/seller services are introduced in the future, additional terms may apply and will be published accordingly.

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries.
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated data-harvesting techniques.
• Spam dealers or misuse contact channels.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or data.
• Interfere with platform performance or security.

DriveQ content, visual assets, branding, and platform components are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or redistribution is prohibited unless legally permitted.

DriveQ may include links or integrations with external services. DriveQ is not responsible for third-party content, terms, security, or privacy practices.

DriveQ provides content and services on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While reasonable efforts are made for quality and accuracy, DriveQ does not guarantee that all content will always be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, DriveQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party transaction losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on informational content.

You agree to indemnify and hold DriveQ harmless from claims, losses, and liabilities arising from your misuse of the platform, legal violations, or breach of these terms.

DriveQ may suspend or restrict access in cases of abuse, fraud, legal risk, repeated policy violations, or security concerns.

DriveQ may update services, features, and these Terms & Conditions as business and legal requirements evolve. Updated terms become effective upon publication on this page unless otherwise stated.

Use of DriveQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Visitor Agreement, which explain data practices and additional platform-use conditions.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
